  • 90 minute deep tissue massage by Stephanie at Spa Adeline at Quail Lodge in Carmel Valley was...AWWESOME. Quail Lodge's spa area is small but intimate and I was the only person there. Steam room, nice shower and a wonderful massage at a reasonable (for the area) price. Stephanie was "brutal" with my deep tissue massage but it was what I needed. Will be back and back and back.
